About Nadia

Nadia Chan is a fully insured and registered Clinical Psychologist licensed to practise in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical and Counselling Psychologist.
In 2017, Nadia founded a clinic in Macau SAR specialising in clinical psychology and psychotherapy, offering assessment and therapeutic support to clients across the lifespan. The clinic focused on helping children, adolescents, adults, and families with emotional, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental challenges. Prior to this, Nadia worked full-time as a psychotherapist at a Macau-based NGO, providing mental health support to individuals aged 16 to 60.
With over 11 years of experience, Nadia delivers evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions across the lifespan. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, allowing her to connect deeply with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Alongside her clinical work, Nadia has enjoyed teaching as a part-time lecturer at Macao Polytechnic University and at the Center for Continuing Education, University of Macau.
Currently, Nadia works full-time within the Health and Social Care system in Northern Ireland and offers remote private sessions during weekends. Her professional liability insurance covers work with clients residing in Macau, Hong Kong, Europe, and the UK. At this time, she is accepting adult clients only.
